What is the lack of calories?

Lack of calories means the disparity of food you consume and your daily calorie needs, which you support keeping this or that diet.

Example:

-You calculate your daily requirement and it is 2500 calories a day (for weight maintenance at the current level). If this amount of calories reduces to 2000 (by following a diet), you will have a daily 500 calorie deficiency, which would result in weight loss. If in addition to this you will begin to do aerobics for 15 minutes a day (it burns about 100 calories), the level of calorie shortfall, will amount to 600 calories. To determine the number of calories burned in different types of physical exercise see :

Calories Burned Calculator WARNING!

Please note that, reduction the number of meals you consume should not be hard and fast. This will not lead to an intense weight decrease, but most likely will slow down metabolic processes in your body – and it is a guarantee that you will return to the former weight in case of failure of the diet.
For starters, try to give up 500 calories a day (or even 15% of the calculated daily value) – and see what the results will be. Different results

Different people, even with the same weight and level of physical activity following the same diet will get different results because of their individual differences. Achieving the effect of “plateau” (i.e. reduction of metabolism) can happen at any time, if overzealous.
