Weight and height affect woman’s longevity

Weight and height affect women’s longevity more than men. This conclusion was made by scientists from the Medical Center of the Maastricht University (Netherlands), reports RT.
The study, which was attended by more than seven thousand people of both sexes, showed that tall and slender women are more likely to live to 90 years than others. It is noted that in men this relationship has not been established.
The study also revealed the impact of sports on life expectancy. Scientists have found that the sport increases the chances of surviving to 90 years in both sexes, despite the fact that men need more physical activity for a positive effect.
