Man wants – man does drugs, or drink alcohol (which is not in the “list”, so that is not a drug), or eat a sweet, or work… Ways to escape from reality – a lot, and prohibitions – either populism or money, or ordinary human folly.

Heroin addict is a public danger just because of restrictions and, as a consequence, the price of heroin extremly high to encourage them to steal / kill. Sell it at the pharmacy labeled “sweet death” – and they will die peacefully alone, forbidden fruit is sweet. We must speak the truth, and not intimidate …

global war against drugs, in fact, has already lost.Position is more than strange, especially given the intensification of the struggle with nicotine.
it seemes that tobacco and alcohol lobby is lost and marijuana lobby won .Tobacco and alcohol increases the struggle and the international community is not going to give up.
Probably ,struggle with drugs should be strengthened and the results will be.
