Replacing the usual “solid” food for milk, juices, soups and broths, you do not only lose weight, but also clean your body of toxins
You can lose 10-15kg.
Half a cup of oatmeal broth oats or oatmeal boiled in one liter of water, strain the broth. (1 cup – 5 points)
Vegetable juice, mixed in a 1:1 ratio with boiled water (1 cup – 10 points)
Fruit juice, one-third diluted with water (1 cup – 20 points)
Milk – no more than 2% fat (1 cup – 20 points)
Yogurt (1 cup – 10 points)
Low fat broth, strained and unsalted (1 cup – 20 points)
Any liquid without sugar (1 cup – 5 points)
Vegetable broth without salt (1 cup – 5 points)
It is very important how you “get out” of the diet. On the first day after dieting is allowed to eat only boiled vegetables in small quantities. On the second day, in addition to cooked vegetables allow yourself one plate of a liquid cereal, 1 slice of bread, and for dinner – raw cabbage and carrots. On the third day, you can eat normally, the only limitations – no fats, and bread – no more than 2 pieces.
If you want to lose the extra pounds immediately, sit on a liquid diet a little longer, but not more than one month. Then the total number of scored points should be reduced to 80, and before the night you should eat yogurt salad.
