• 100 grams of fat-free yogurt, a tablespoon of sour cream (20% fat), tea (coffee) with milk
• 2 eggs, half a grapefruit, tea (coffee) with milk
Meal (300 cal)
• 200 grams of steamed or raw vegetables (except potatoes), 150 grams of chicken breast (from these products you can make soup), tea (coffee) without sugar and milk
• Vegetable salad (you can use pepper salad, cucumber, tomato), 1 tablespoon of sour cream, a couple of boiled eggs, tea (coffee) without sugar and milk

Dinner (250 cal)
• boiled egg, 300 grams of vegetables, a glass of skim milk or yogurt
• 150 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, a glass of sweetened yogurt
• 100 grams of boiled beef, 300 grams of vegetables, a glass of skim milk or yogurt
• 150 grams of chicken breast, 200 grams of vegetables, a glass of skim milk or yogurt

• Fish and seafood no more than 150 grams:
– Haddock
– Cod
– Hake
– Ice
– Pollock
– Whiting
– Squid
– Shrimp
– Crab

• Vegetables – no more than 200 grams (can be combined):
– Peas
– Corn
– Cucumber- Tomato
– Pepper
– Radishes
– Eggplant
– Zucchini
Cabbage (any)
– String beans
– Lettuce
– Spinach
You can drink a glass of low-fat yogurt or milk for dinner.

2. Carbohydrate diet (options to choose from)
Breakfast (250 calories)
• 4 tablespoons of oatmeal (brewed with boiling water) with grated apple or milk (100 ml), tea (coffee) without milk or sugar
• Fruit salad of peach, pear, and banana, 125 ml of plain yogurt, tea (coffee) without milk or sugar
Meal (300 cal)
• 200 grams of cooked (baked) potatoes, a salad of tomato, cucumber, and pepper, a tablespoon of sour cream, tea (coffee) without milk or sugar
• 50 grams of buckwheat porridge with vegetables (200 grams), any fruit (except bananas), tea (coffee) without milk or sugar
Specific recommendations
All meals should be cooked without oil, salt and the spices are not forbidden. During the diet, you can drink dry wine (1-2 glasses). You can deviate from the diet for the holidays but within reasonable limits.
