Then, 167-66 = 101. Since the condition number 2, then multiply 101 by 2.

101 * 2 = 202.

Total: 500 + 202 = 702 calories you are allowed to consume daily. The excess is possible, but not more than 100 calories!

As you see the difference between two kilograms is nearly 100 calories. Therefore, be sure to calculate the optimal calorie content.
