360 ml of water

VEGETABLE SALAD WITH CHICKEN – 350 cal

1 large bowl of salad with fresh vegetables
2 tbsp oil (low fat) and vinegar for salads
180 g chicken fillets
1 cup whole-grain thin crackers
360 ml of water
